1 How do I access the games?

You can access all games directly from the content portal after subscribing to the service.

Login is required with your PIN code received from SMS. Just open the portal and select the game you want to play.

2 Do I need to download the games?

No. All games are HTML-based and can be played directly in your browser without any downloads.

3 Can I play the games on my mobile device?

Yes. Our HTML games are optimized for mobile devices, tablets, and desktop browsers.

4 Is there any subscription fee?

Yes, access to the content portal requires an active subscription. Charges may vary depending on your plan.

5 How do I unsubscribe from the service?

To unsubscribe, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Unsubscribe section in the portal.
  • The unsubcribe instuctions will be displayed on the portal.
  • You have to be logged in to unsubscribe.
  • Enter the PIN you received when you subscribed in the login page.
  • You will receive an SMS from a shortcode number starting with 6 (e.g., 6XXXX) containing a message like:
“Subscribed to MixGamesWeekly! PIN: 269_xxxxxxxxx. Use it at TOPMOBILEGAMES dot PRO. To unsubscribe: Portal > Menu > Unsubscribe (enter PIN).”
  • Then you may go to the profile page and click on the unsubscribe button to unsubscribe from our services.
6 What should I do if a game does not load?
  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.
  • Clear your browser cache and reload the game.

If the problem persists, contact our customer support via Email, Call, or WhatsApp.

7 Can I play offline?

No. All HTML games require an active internet connection to play.
