3. Subscription & Billing
3.1 Subscription Process
- Users subscribe by entering their mobile number and verifying with a TAC (One-Time Password).
- Upon successful verification, the RM5.00 weekly fee is charged via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB).
- The subscription will automatically renew every 7 days unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Netmedias Leashares reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, with prior notification to users.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Postpaid users: Subscription charges will appear on the monthly mobile bill.
- Prepaid users: The subscription fee will be deducted from the prepaid balance. Sufficient credit is required for renewal.
- Additional charges: Accessing Topmobilegames via 3G/4G/5G may result in data charges as per the user’s mobile plan.
4. Service Access & Usage
- Users can access the Topmobilegames portal and play games on one device at a time.
- Users must not share, sell, or transfer their subscription to others.
- Netmedias Leashares reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service for maintenance, technical reasons, or compliance with regulations.
5. Unsubscription & Refund Policy
